The Audience She Holds
What she offers through this site is a private video call session in the practice of domination, fetish, and submission, of thirty to one hundred and twenty minutes in duration. No in-person engagements are arranged through this site. The Audience is held live, in real time, and conducted in English unless otherwise arranged in advance.
By reaching her through any form on this site, by booking an Audience, or by sending tribute, you accept these terms in full.
You, Before You Enter
You are at least eighteen years of age. You enter of your own will, in sound mind, with your own consent and curiosity. You understand the nature of what is offered here and you have considered it. You are not coerced. You have no relationship to her that would render this transaction inappropriate.
By booking, by writing to her, or by remaining on this site, you affirm each of these.
Tribute
Tribute is due in full at the time of booking. A reserved time is not held without it. Accepted methods are listed at the moment of booking and may change at her discretion. All tribute is rendered in United States dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once paid, tribute is non-refundable except as set out in the section that follows.
Cancellation and No-Show
Should you need to cancel, do so at least forty-eight hours in advance to reschedule without forfeit. Within forty-eight hours of the appointed time, the tribute is hers.
Should she need to cancel, which is rare and never her preference, your tribute is held for an alternative time of your choosing within sixty days, or refunded in full at your request.
If you do not appear at the appointed time, the session ends. No tribute is returned. She has prepared, made space, and given you her attention.
During the Audience
You arrive on time. You arrive alone, in a private space, with the technology you need already in working order. You do not record the session. You do not screenshot. You do not screenshare to a third party. You present yourself as instructed when instructed.
She may end the session at any moment, without refund, if any of these conditions is not met, or if your conduct is otherwise unbecoming.
What Remains Hers
Her likeness, her voice, her words, her image, and her content, in all forms produced before, during, or as part of her work, belong entirely to her. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or display them, whether in private or in public, on any platform.
This holds whether the content was sent to you privately, encountered during a session, or published on her platforms. Breach is pursued in full.
The Limits of Her Duty
She offers a curated experience, not a clinical service. She is not your therapist, your physician, your counselor, your lawyer, or your priest. Nothing exchanged within an Audience constitutes professional advice of any kind in any of these domains.
You accept full responsibility for your wellbeing before, during, and after. To the fullest extent permitted by law, her liability arising from or in connection with an Audience is limited to the tribute paid for that Audience.
Refusal
She reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel any Audience at any time, for any reason or for none, without explanation. Tribute paid for an Audience she refuses is returned in full.
Non-Transferable
A booking is held in your name and yours alone. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Audience to another person. The slave number assigned to you is yours and is not to be shared.
Where This Lives
This site is operated by Columbidae Media LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with them is brought before the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Texas.
If any provision of these terms is held by a competent court to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Changes
These terms may be revised. The version that governs your Audience is the version in effect at the time of booking. The date of last revision sits at the foot of this page.
