The Briefest Version
She collects only what she needs to hold an Audience or correspond with you. She does not sell, trade, or share your data with anyone outside the small set of services that move messages on her behalf. You hold the right to see what she holds, to correct it, and to have it erased.
What She Collects
When you apply for a slave number: the name you choose to give her, the email you provide, the city you write, and the answers you submit on the application form.
When you book an Audience: your slave number, the date and time of your booking, the duration, your tribute method, and the email you provide for confirmation.
When you write to her: whatever you choose to send.
She does not collect what you do not give her. She does not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Where It Lives
Applications and bookings are stored in Google Workspace. Confirmation messages are dispatched through EmailJS and delivered by her email provider. These services may store data in the United States, the European Union, or both, depending on their infrastructure.
These platforms are her data processors. They act on her instruction and are bound by their own data protection terms and, where applicable, by standard contractual clauses for cross-border transfers.
Who Sees It
Her, and only her. The platforms named above process data on her behalf and do not access it for their own purposes beyond what is necessary to deliver their service. She does not share your data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other use.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. If you tick the "remember me" box on the booking page, your browser stores your slave number locally on your own device, so you do not need to enter it again. No data is transmitted to her server through this mechanism.
You may clear this storage at any time through your browser's settings.
Why She Processes Your Data
She processes your data for the following purposes:
- to hold an Audience or correspond with you about one
- to maintain her own records of applications, bookings, and tribute
- to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations
- to protect herself, you, and others from misuse of this site
If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation applies. Her lawful bases for processing under Article 6 of the GDPR are: performance of a contract (when you book), consent (when you apply or write to her), legitimate interests (operating her practice), and legal obligation (where law requires retention).
Your Rights
Regardless of where you reside, she grants the following rights with respect to data she holds about you:
- to be told what she holds about you and to receive a copy
- to have any of it corrected if inaccurate
- to have it erased, subject to lawful retention obligations
- to receive your data in a portable format
- to restrict or object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests
- to withdraw any consent you have given, at any time
- to opt out of the sale or sharing of your data, which she does neither
If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the GDPR grants you each of the rights above, and you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you reside in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act grants equivalent rights, and you may lodge a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General.
If you reside in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act grants equivalent rights, and you may lodge a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

How Long She Keeps It
Application records are retained while you remain a sub and for two years afterward, then deleted.
Booking and tribute records are retained for seven years, in line with United States Internal Revenue Service guidance on the retention of business and tax records.
Correspondence is retained for as long as it serves the relationship and is reviewed periodically.
You may request earlier deletion at any time. Where she is required by law to retain a record, she will tell you so and explain the basis.
Security
Your data is held in services protected by encryption in transit and at rest. Access on her side requires multi-factor authentication. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure, and you provide your information knowing this.
If she becomes aware of a breach affecting your personal data, she will notify you without unreasonable delay and the relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law.
No Automated Decisions
She does not use automated decision-making or profiling. Every application is read and every booking is reviewed by her, not by a machine.
International Transfers
Columbidae Media LLC is based in the United States. If you reside outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By providing your information through this site, you consent to this transfer.
Where your data originates in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers to her or her processors are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide an adequate level of protection.
Changes to This Page
This policy may be revised. Material changes are marked with an updated date at the foot of the page. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the change.
